Haan se Poot means Chicken’s Foot and is a play on the words of the grape variety.
One of the most delicious, juicy eating grapes and widely sold ‘informally’ at traffic lights (no one knows where this fruit originates?) The Hanepoot fruit miraculously disappears from the vineyards each night once the fruit gets sweet.
This wine is the single barrel that we managed to pick ourselves! Only small quantities so buy now!
